AWARE ECO TRUST will be providing necessary technical advice for all those who are prepared to implement the bio waste treatment programs for the generation of bio energy and also for those who are genuinely interested in knowing about the details of the programmes.

2. Feasibility Study

Instructions are being given to the beneficiaries for selecting suitable types of plants after examination of the structure of the land where the waste treatment plant is to be set up and after studying the availability and nature of wastes.

3. Preparation of Projects

Project reports will be prepared and furnished for the implementation of bio waste treatment programmes, utilizing treatment plants of different sizes and models.

4. Technology transfer

The technology for the production of different models of plants developed by AWARE ECO TRUST on industrial basis and the installation of plants will be transferred to interested persons, after completing the required legal formalities like execution of necessary agreements, securing license etc.

5. Technical Information

Information will be available in AWARE ECO TRUST as to how the treatment of waste and production of biogas can be effectively carried out, what types of plants are available for this, how the plants can be installed at a comparatively low cost, specially, in areas which are water logged or where availability of land is very scarce or limited.

6. Project implementation

AWARE ECO TRUST have sufficient technical expert team foe the implementation of the projects. After completing the construction programmes, the bioenergy schemes are handed over to the beneficiaries.

With a view to making the bio waste treatment and energy generation programme, a people oriented one, and for further developing the various beneficiary.


Arround the World pollution of air and water from the hospitals, hostels, industries, hotels and market waste are alarmingly increasing day by day.Government and major industries are constantly on the look out for technologies that will allow for more efficient and cost effective waste treatment system. One technology that can successfully treat the organic waste is an anaerobic digestion process. Anaerobic bio-reactor can convert a disposal problem into a profit centre. When any organic matter such as human excretia, human tissue, kitchen waste, kitchen effluent and animal waste is fermented in the absence of oxygen, bio-gas generating which contains around 60% combustible gas-methane gas along with CO2 and other gases. Such a practice provides an effective method for disposing of organic waste in urban areas, thereby reducing the pollution of land and local waterways. It also improves local environmental conditions and reduces the health hazards inhabitants are exposed to. Similarly recovery of energy from nightsoil and organic waste using anaerobic digestion leads to its conversion into a fertilizer. This leads to complete recycling of the matter to nature and improves productivity of the land, along with other desirable effects.

As per W.H.O. (World Health Organisation) standard, the total dissolved solids (TDS) in the drinking water should not exceed 500 PPM mg/Litre). BIS (Bureau of Indian standard) drinking water standard indicates 750 PPM TDS as acceptable. This is because of the reason that the higher TDS not only gives salty(brackish) taste of water but also harmful to health.
